Leeds United are launching a move for Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero.
Kiko Casilla lost his place as Leeds' first-choice goalkeeper after eight-match ban for racism back in February .
Illan Meslier was given a chance to step up and Leeds have recently rewarded his good form by making his loan move from Lorient permanent.
But Leeds are clearly keen to bring in a more experienced goalkeeper as their first-choice option.
ESPN says Leeds are keen to take Romero from United, who has just one year left on his contract.
The 33-year-old has played back up to David de Gea ever since moving to Old Trafford in 2015.
However, Romero has proven more than capable when called upon.
