Leeds owner Radrizanni talks plans to sign Cavani, Ibrahimovic

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani admits there is a possibility of the club signing Edinson Cavani.

The Paris Saint-Germain and Uruguay striker is available in the summer, and newly promoted Leeds may go after him.

Cavani has an excellent scoring record, and has managed 200 goals in 301 games for PSG while winning six Ligue 1 titles.

He may be the marquee signing Leeds make on their return to the top flight.

"In addition to his quality, Cavani could contribute with his physicality and adapt here, but I've never talked about him with the coach [Bielsa],' Radrizzani told Sky Sport Italia.

"Having said that, we've certainly thought about him and we'll see, given he's still available on a free transfer."

Radrizzani also spoke about the possibility of signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

"Ibrahimovic will certainly be difficult," he added.

"We tried to sign him in January, but he chose to join Milan and the deal vanished.

"Now I think it's too late, the intensity of English football is different."
