Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino is shopping in Italy to find a replacement for Ross McCormack.
The Daily Star Sunday says Catania striker Souleymane Doukara, who was born in France, scored six goals in 21 games last term, while outgoing forward McCormack hit 28 goals in the Championship topping the scoring charts.
The Scotland international moved to Fulham for £11m last week.
Reports in Italy suggest Doukara is set to follow Sassuolo midfielder Tommaso Bianchi into Elland Road as Massimo Cellino looks to beef up his squad.
