Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams says USA players deserve greater respect.
Despite a draw with England, Adams was more measured in his assessment after the game.
The Leeds United star was happy with the way his country stood up against England, but feels the result was a fair reflection of the contest.
"I'm not sure if we deserved to win. It was probably a 50-50 game in the end," Adams told BBC Radio 5 Live.
"They had some chances and so did we but we competed really well and we showed a lot of our quality. It was 100% like playing a Premier League, if not a little bit more demanding. The quality of these players is unbelievable.
"We respect them a lot and I hope we continue to gain respect from games like that."
