Leeds go for Gillingham striker Jackson as Beckford replacement

Canada international striker Simeon Jackson is a target for Leeds United.

The Sun says Leeds will swoop for Gillingham striker Jackson - if they sell Jermaine Beckford.

The United striker's departure will give boss Simon Grayson the money to move in for £2million-rated Jackson, who has hit 10 goals for League One strugglers Gillingham.

Beckford's old club Wealdstone will get 20 per cent of any fee if he leaves this month.
