Leeds eyeing Rangers boss Gerrard to replace Bielsa

Leeds United are working to identify the managers they would target if Marcelo Bielsa left in the near future.

While Leeds are very happy with Bielsa, they know that he is a precarious character who can change his mind on jobs on a whim.

Football Insider claims that Leeds know that if they do not gain promotion, Bielsa will leave for a top flight job in another country.

The source also claims that Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is the one they want to replace Bielsa, should that happen.

Gerrard has impressed at Rangers, despite not being able to topple Celtic since taking charge.

Leeds are currently fifth in the Championship, but they are only a few points off the automatic promotion positions.
