Leeds United are interested in LA Galaxy midfielder Chris Birchall.
The Trinidad & Tobago international is currently a free agent and Galaxy are believed to have asked Birchall to sign a new one-year contract.
The former Port Vale man has Leeds and Doncaster Rovers eager to bring him back to England.
