Leeds United hope to have Raphinha's new contract settled at the end of the month.
The Athletic reports Leeds are hoping to finalise a new contract for Raphinha by the end of January.
Sporting director Victor Orta and the Brazilian's representatives have been locked in talks since before Christmas and the Whites are now optimistic about tying up negotiations soon.
Raphinha has been in superb form for Leeds so far this season, netting eight goals and providing two assists.
A new deal will be a blow for Bayern Munich, which are keen on the Brazilian.
