Leeds United chief Angus Kinnear says transfer planning is well underway.
Kinnear insists that he, manager Marcelo Bielsa and the club are taking a long-term view of the recruitment process.
"We're already planning two transfer windows ahead," said Kinnear on The Square Ball podcast. "We're looking at January which we're expecting to be quiet, which won't be a surprise to anybody. And then looking at the summer and the moves we need to make then, that's important.
"I'm sitting down with Marcelo and talking about the changes he wants to make going into next season. His contract is up at the end of this season but he's always had a long term view in terms of the physical structure and facilities at Thorp Arch, which is a good sign that he's thinking more long-term."
