Leeds chief Kinnear confident keeping hold of Phillips

Leeds United chief Angus Kinnear is confident keeping hold of Kalvin Phillips.

The midfielder is enjoying an increased profile after his performance for England in their Euros defeat of Croatia.

Kinnear said, "We're confident of retaining everybody. We just need Kalvin to keep a little bit of a lid on it in the Euros because if he plays like that again, we'll get some offers.

"We're very confident, it says a lot about Leeds United that Kalvin is proving what all Leeds United fans know how good a midfielder he is - but we also know his future is secured at Leeds United, he wants to be here, we want him to be here - I think that's a measure of where the club's got to."
