Leeds, Bournemouth keen on Newcastle goalkeeper Freddie Woodman

Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa remains keen on Newcastle goalkeeper Freddie Woodman.

A goalkeeper has been a main target for Bielsa since he allowed Kiko Casilla leave the club to join Elche on a season-long loan.

Illan Meslier might have been the Whites' number one last campaign, but their latest target could change that if he opts to move to the Yorkshire club this summer.

Woodman, who spent last year on loan with Premier League chasing Swansea City, is the latest shot-stopper to be rumoured with a move to Elland Road.

Leeds will face fresh competition from Bournemouth, however, with the Evening Chronicle reporting that the Cherries have reignited their interest in the former England under-21 international.
