Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch admits he's still trying to find the best way to work with Raphinha.
Leeds host Chelsea tomorrow night.
Marsch said: "I like Raphinha's passion, mentality, personality and desire to win.
"He is a fantastic talent. We haven't gotten enough out of him, that's the truth. We have tried to find ways to play him wider, to get him around the goal more. Against the best opponents it's not like we will be in the final third for 50% of the game where we can get him on the ball.
"Playing him at wing back then doesn't always provide him the chance to be in those spaces. We will figure out how to get him the ball more, in space more, on the move more to be dangerous and help the team."
Raphinha drew scrutiny for his pursuit of the referee when Luke Ayling was sent off at Arsenal.
"I see a person who is 100% invested in what we are doing here," says Marsch. "His emotion can be seen as lack of discipline. I look at it as investment. He is all in."
