Leeds United boss Marcelo Biesla is demanding more from Kalvin Phillips.

Phillips' career has taken off this season and he is starring in Leeds' return to the top flight.

But Bielsa says: "Kalvin has the capacity to play the ball very effectively.

“In order to obtain the ball to distribute it, there are two ways of doing this.

“One is to recover the ball and after recovering it, manage to play it. The second is to be able to move into positions, where he can receive the ball and be able to distribute it.

“And the more he moves to become free, the more he will be able to shine."
