Leeds boss Bielsa close to putting pen to paper

Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa is close to putting pen to paper on a deal.

The Telegraph says Bielsa only signs year-to-year contracts and his current one is set to expire at the end of the season, but the club have 'no concerns' and are "completely relaxed" about the situation, the report adds.

It says the boss is in talks with owner Andrea Radrizzani and already making plans for next season.

He feels "happy and settled" in Leeds and while he is yet to officially sign a new contract, the club see their coach as "a man of honour" and are confident they will be able to wrap up the proceedings after the last game of the season.
