Leao drops online Chelsea transfer hint thanks to James

Chelsea transfer target Rafael Leao has dropped a new hint about his future.

The 23-year-old Portuguese, who is at the World Cup with his country, is wanted by the Stamford Bridge club.

AC Mila striker Leao has 11 goal contributions so far this season in Serie A, and earned praise from Blues boss Graham Potter.

Amid that praise, Chelsea star Reece James name dropped Leao during a fan Q&A on Twitter, stating to a question about his toughest opponents: "3 hardest players I've ever played against are all left wingers! Vinicius Jr, Leao and Mane!"

Leao then replied to the comment, saying "My bro" along with a handshake emoji.

Such an interaction is likely to continue the speculation about his future.
