Lazio could soon make an offer for Chelsea's Baba Rahman, according to reports.

The Ghanaian left-back has not enjoyed a fruitful stint at Stamford Bridge since joining from Augsburg last summer and could be offloaded in the current transfer period.

The Daily Mirror is of the belief that Lazio are preparing a £13million bid for Rahman who cost the Blues £22m just 12 months ago.

It is understood that the 21-year-old does not feature in the plans of incoming manager Antonio Conte and will be given the chance to find another club this summer.
