Lazio president Claudio Lotito says he's rejected a massive offer for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Lotito is happy with the midfielder, having secured him to a new deal last year.

“We want to build a winning team and keep strengthening it, not weaken it," he said at a school in Rome on his club's 119th birthday.

“If I had another mindset, I would've sold Milinkovic for €160m, something I didn't do.

"I don't think any other President in world football would've done what I did."
