Lazio president Claudio Lotito has played down a row between coach Edy Reja and AS Roma counterpart Rudi Garcia.

Garcia took issue with comments by Reja that injuries to the Giallorossi may have hindered their chances in the derby.

"It was only a joke about injured players that started all of this," Lotito told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

"Now everything's fine and it was just a misunderstanding. We've made things up."
