Lazio president Claudio Lotito admits they could sell Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Milinkovic-Savic extended his contract with Lazio until 2023 earlier in the season.

But he is now being linked with a move away ahead of the January market.

“He has a five-year contract and we don't want to sell him as he's a great player, but in life you can never say never," Lotito told Rai Radio.

“However, Milan didn't ask me about him on Sunday."
