Lazio assistant manager Giovanni Martusciello says the players are still adjusting to the methods of coach Maurizio Sarri.

Martusciello was speaking after last night's 1-1 draw with Torino.

“It was a good performance against a team that is difficult to face at this moment," Martusciello said as he stepped in for the suspended Sarri.

“We lack consistency in training, because we don't get the time to work and therefore we have not yet assimilated some of the tactical principles.

“Results are coming, we want to propose a different style of football to the one that Lazio have seen over the last four or five years. The lads are enjoying themselves, but it takes time to see what we do in training transmitted to the match situation."
