Lazio No2 Farris hails spirit shown for victory at Torino

Lazio assistant manager Massimiliano Farris was delighted after their 2-1 win at Torino.

Ciro Immobile and Marco Parolo struck the goals for Lazio.

"The team showed real spirit of sacrifice, especially the forwards," Farris told Sky Sport Italia

“We created chances throughout the game and at the end of the day, the quality shone through. We are growing in terms of fitness, we overturned two dangerous matches against Fiorentina and Torino, so the lads are proving they have the right mentality.

“It's a pity about Immobile's yellow card, but we know these are the rules for handball, even if Ciro was from point-blank range. Unfortunately, we won't have the injured players back soon, although Danilo Cataldi and Adam Marusic might be available against Milan.

“We'll see if we have Joaquin Correa as a centre-forward with support, or potentially change system."
