Mattia Zaccagni was thrilled to prove Lazio's matchwinner in victory over Roma.
Zaccagni scored the only goal of the derby which saw three players sent off.
He later said, "We are very happy, it was the evening I dreamed of and it went great.
"A child dreams of playing these games, dreams of scoring in a derby, winning 1-0 and cheering under the Curva is priceless, these are emotions that cannot be described. Am I a bit Lazio? I would say yes."
On the tactics of Roma, Zaccagni said: "We mustn't think about these things because they are useless. We knew that they often do this, they provoke a lot, so we tried to be calm in the game and we were good at it.
"We don't need to charge the derby because it is already loaded a lot from the outside. It is logical that the pressure we feel we have to bring it into the field and transform it into positive energy as we did tonight."
