West Ham and Lazio legend Paolo di Canio has warned Alisson Becker what to expect at Liverpool.

Di Canio fears the highly-rated keeper from Roma will find life in England tougher.

"The Premier League is different to Serie A, Alisson will need to adapt," Di Canio said.

“I'm very curious to see him in the Premier League because a lot of great goalkeepers have failed in England.

“Alisson was great in his first season in Rome, and now he still needs to show his qualities.

“He's got the skills and the personality to become a world-class goalkeeper, and he is also young and in good shape.

“He can achieve great results at Liverpool but he needs to be careful because Liverpool used to concede a lot.

“Liverpool won games with weird results like 5-3, 5-2. It's not easy to find a balance."
