Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi says Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is returning to his best.

Lazio meet Atalanta on Monday.

Inzaghi said, "The past is in the past. In the last few games, his input and running were excellent. I've said this in the past, but we were probably accustomed to seeing a player who scored in every game he played.

"Only the pitch can change our evaluation, but personally I am certain that we will soon see the real Milinkovic-Savic again.

"Adam Marusic has been training well in the past few days. He had a few problems ever since pre-season training, so he wasn't able to train the way that he did last year.

"He's a serious lad and I'm really counting on him. I'll consider whether to start him or use him from the bench."
