Lazio sporting director Igli Tare is in London today for talks with Chelsea.

Il Corriere dello Sport says Tare is entering talks with Chelsea for Italy fullback Emerson Palmeiri and England midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri is eager to work with both players again after their time together at Chelsea.

Emerson is available from Chelsea after spending last season on-loan with Lyon.

Loftus-Cheek could also be on the move after struggling for minutes under manager Thomas Tuchel last season.
