Liam Lawrence says none of the players want to let down their Stoke City fans as they battle against relegation.

"I love the fans, they are fantastic," he told stokecityfc.com.

"They have been great to me in my time here and I really hope we can give them what they deserve which is another season of Premier League football.

"If you said to me this time last year that we would be beating teams like Arsenal, Aston Villa and Tottenham and making other clubs struggle to survive I would have snapped your hand off for that.

"The atmosphere at the Britannia Stadium and playing in the Premier League is fantastic and this is where I want my future to be.

"If I could I would definitely finish my career here, I love everything about the place."
