Liam Lawrence is expecting Stoke to show a dramatic improvement at Everton on Sunday following two 'hairdryers' in two weeks from boss Tony Pulis. Pulis was publicly critical of his side's performance against Manchester United last weekend and also after the Potters conceded a late equaliser away to Bolton two weeks ago.
He said: "He just went mental, it was the worst I've ever seen him. He was really mad because he knew we should have won the game (at Bolton).
"He had a real go at us and was frothing at the mouth. It was the game which came between Chelsea and Manchester United and he really wanted the three points.
"We knew we should have won and so none of us said very much, but I did have a word with him a few days later when he had calmed down. He told me he was just so disappointed."
