Lauren admits he could find former Arsenal teammate Thierry Henry frustrating.

The Cameroonian full-back was part of the Invincibles team led by clinical goalscorer Henry in an unforgettable 2003/04 campaign.

"We were living 100% football," he told BBC Sport . "On the training ground, everyone wanted to be the best - when they picked two sides, no-one wanted to be the referee.

"It was competitive with any discussion about anything - we were arguing about everything.

"Thierry Henry was a pain in the backside; it was unbelievable."
