West Ham midfielder Manuel Lanzini has returned to training.

The 25-year-old has not featured all since after injuring his knee before the World Cup.

Lanzini is not expected to return anytime soon, however, manager Manuel Pellegrini will be buoyed to see one of his most talented players back on the training pitch.

On the eve of the World Cup, the Argentine had surgery to fix his ACL on his right knee.

The Hammers could also welcome back Ryan Fredericks for their FA Cup clash with AFC Wimbledon on Saturday.
