Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is hopeful over Mason Mount's ankle injury that forced him off during Tuesday's 1-0 loss to Valencia at Stamford Bridge.
Mount was substituted after just 16 minutes following a terrible challenge from former Arsenal midfielder Francis Coquelin.
He told BT Sport: "It did affect the game and we know how well he is playing. He looked sharp.
"It is an ankle injury and hopefully not too bad. It needs to be assessed over the next few days."
