Frank Lampard is set to keep Reece James as part of his first team squad for the coming season.

James spent the past season on loan at Wigan Athletic, while he is dealing with an ankle injury sustained on England duty this summer.

But it is believed that when he is fit to train, James will go into Lampard's first team squad.

Goalbelieves that Lampard wants to see what the likes of James and Chelsea's other youngsters have to offer.
