Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana will return to action after the international break.

The 30-year-old will put his hand up for selection for Saturday's visit to Huddersfield Town.

Lallana has only featured once this season as a late substitute against Crystal Palace.

According to The Times, the Englishman has been training for a few weeks but wanted to return to full fitness before taking part in any matches.

The former Southampton man has been grappling with a groin injury that kept him out of Gareth Southgate's World Cup squad.
