LaLiga president Javier Tebas insists Barcelona will be in the draw for the Copa del Rey quarterfinals.

Levante have filed a complaint over an illegal line-up from the first-leg of the round of 16 tie, but LaLiga president has pointed out that the Catalan club are currently in the draw.

Tebas has pointed out that the current position is that Barcelona will compete in the next round.

"At this moment Barcelona are in the right, as their name is in the draw," the league president said.

Barca have drawn Sevilla for the quarterfinals since Tebas' comments.
