LaLiga president Javier Tebas doubts Barcelona will re-sign PSG star Neymar this summer.

Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu, on orders of captain Lionel Messi, is exploring all avenues to bring Neymar back to the Nou Camp.

But Tebas doubts Barca currently have the spending power to make the deal happen.

He told Canal-Supporters: "There will be no large cash transactions at the end of this season, so it is difficult to imagine a transfer of Neymar to occur.

"There will certainly be less movement during the transfer window.

"Of course there will be some, but it will involve more bartering than cash transactions."
