Alexandre Lacazette insists Arsenal teammate Nicolas Pepe will continue to improve.

The former Lille star has had an inconsistent first season in England.

But Lacazette says Pepe has been able to handle the expectations that come with being a big money signing.

"No, because he just came into the league. Yes, he wanted to score to help the team but he knows he needs time to adapt to the league and the team," he said.

"Now I think he's feeling better on the pitch and that's good."
