KV Kortrijk medical slated for Everton striker Fraser Hornby

Everton striker Fraser Hornby is due for a medical with KV Kortrijk on Monday ahead of sealing a season-long loan move.

The 19-year-old travelled to Belgium to meet Kortrijk officials on Wednesday and will be in the country again at the start of next week to complete his switch, says the Liverpool Echo.

Kortrijk finished fourth in the Belgian top flight last season and the club are owned by Vincent Tan, who also owns Cardiff City.

Hornby had been attracting interest from two Championship clubs and then following the close of the transfer window, a move to either League One or Scotland looked on the cards.
