Tim Krul is delighted with his new deal with Newcastle United.
The Dutch goalkeeper also says he's not interested in a loan move away this season.
Krul - who snubbed interest from Juventus to sign a four-year deal recently - told the Evening Chronicle: "I was glad to commit and it was harder the longer it dragged on.
"But like I said all the way through I just wanted to play for Newcastle. I just want to play regularly for Newcastle in the Premier League and hopefully I can make that dream come true.
"Hopefully that is this season.
"I would rather be No 2 on the bench now than go out on loan anywhere."
