Milos Krasic has played down his hat-trick heroics for Juventus.

The Serb winger had a superb treble in the victory over Cagliari.

"The hat-trick was a great emotion, but goals come afterwards. The most important thing is that we won," Krasic said.

"I have settled in quickly in Turin. I have felt at home since the first day. And for this reason I would like to once again thank the fans who have helped me.

"It's true, I didn't have a great World Cup, but now I am ready to have a great season with Juve."

When asked if Juventus have become dependent on him, Krasic replied: "Absolutely not. We are a great group.

"We play for each other. This is our strength.

"For me it's an honour to be compared with a champion like Nedved. I will give the utmost on the pitch to try and reach his level.

"I will do everything for the good of Juve."
