Chelsea have been sent out a warning by Jules Kounde's representatives over a summer transfer.

The Blues are hot on the tail of the French centre-back, and have been trying to secure his signature since last summer.

However, recent reports in Spain have intimated that Kounde would like to join Barcelona this summer instead.

Kounde's representatives have told Chelsea that it is time for them to conclude a deal with Sevilla, per football.london.

The Les Bleus star does want to move to the Premier League, but wants his future decided as soon as possible.

Chelsea have put in a bid of close to £50 million for Kounde, but that is not enough to convince Sevilla to sell.
