Blackpool are set to miss out on Robert Koren.
The Daily Mail says Koren is ready to snub Blackpool and Leicester in favour of a move to Hull City.
The former West Bromwich Albion midfielder is a free agent and has had offers from Italy and Greece but preferred to stay in England.
Hull are ready to offer the 29-year-old Slovenia captain a three year deal.
