Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac believes that manager Unai Emery has helped him improve as a player.

Left-back Kolasinac has been a revelation down that side for his team in recent months, contributing key assists.

And the Bosnian believes that he has improved at all facets of his game since the start of the season, due to his manager's diligence.

He said the following about working with Emery in an interview with Goal.com: "We watch a lot of videos, he and the rest of the coaching staff really try to help me.

"We always watch those videos together to improve.

"A day after a game we will look at what's gone well, what's not gone well and we'll speak about it honestly and try to make those improvements so that they show in the next game."
