Aleksandar Kolarov admits a new Manchester City contract is not out of the question.

The Serbian defender is out of contract next summer and despite being linked with an Etihad Stadium departure during the summer, is open to a new deal if it works for all parties.

"I have been here seven years," said Kolarov.

"I am 30-years-old and we will see but I want to say I am enjoying playing in this club and this club is part of my life already, so we will see what will happen.

"If we win some things, it's not going to be a problem for me to sign a new contract."
