Southampton boss Ronald Koeman would love to lead the club into the Europa League next season.

Koeman doesn't see the competition as an unwanted distraction.

He said: "If we can play European football I will be very happy because Southampton have not been in Europe too many times before.

"It is not really a title but it would be a big prize for us and we will do all we can to get there.

"Of course you know the next season will be tough because you play a lot of games but as a player you get used to that."
