Jurgen Klopp wants to make his current contract his LAST with Liverpool, it has been claimed.

ESPN says Klopp could resist extending his contract with Liverpool as the German would like to take a sabbatical at the end of his contract in 2022.

Klopp cut short a planned break from the game to take over at Anfield in 2015, and has repeatedly stated his desire to take a break from the “very intense" demands of management when his contract expires.

FSG are still hopeful of Klopp staying at the club, but will not pressure him into extending his stay.

As such, he will not be offered a new contract or improved terms unless he requests with the club unwilling to put him in a position where he rejects a new offer.
