Jurgen Klopp suggests there will be alterations to his Liverpool squad this summer.

The German oversaw his Reds lose 3-1 to Sevilla in the Europa League final in Basel on Wednesday night which was his fifth straight defeat in major cup finals.

Liverpool, under the guidance of Klopp, also lost the Capital One Cup final to Manchester City in February but the former Borussia Dortmund boss insists he will not shy away from attempting to break that losing trend.

After giving up a half-time lead, Liverpool capitulated in the second half which drew the following response from Klopp.

"We could not reach our level. The goals were too easy," he said after Kevin Gameiro's early second-half goal and Coke's double downed his side following Daniel Sturridge's sublime opener.

"We have to use the experience. This team will be a little bit different next year."

Klopp then added: "There are more important things than football. I have a lot of luck in my life. I will be in another final."
