Klopp coy on Liverpool team news for Atalanta clash

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp would not confirm his starting lineup against Atalanta in the Champions League on Wednesday.

The Reds face a critical game as they look to secure their status in the knockout round of the competition.

Rotation will be key for Klopp, given the injuries his squad is facing at the moment.

But he would not go into specifics about who would play, aside from confirming Mohamed Salah was fit and training with the team.

When asked about the fitness of other key players, Klopp told reporters: "All the rest, no news.

"One looks closer, the other one looks not that close, so that's how the situation is and we'll see who is available.

"I don't want to speak too much about it because I have no idea who Atalanta can bring into this game, so why should we give any kind of information to them?"
