Speaking with France Football, Kiko admits he's a big fan of the Uruguay international.
"Edinson Cavani has what I would call (Diego) Simeone DNA. He is the complete attacker, the total attacker. And I do not hide that I dream that he will one day join Atlético Madrid," said the former centre-forward.
"He knows how to do everything he can on a pitch: he scores, he gives assists, he fights for all balls, he is strong back to the goal, he defends as soon as his team needs it. For example, with Uruguay, when the coach asks him to go to one side, you see him going up and down, always thoroughly, without asking any questions.
"At the level of the state of mind, he represents everything that I love and respect. Cavani puts himself at the service of the collective and, while having a real personality, he will always think of the team before thinking of him."
