Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall full of pride after first full Leicester season

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is full of pride after a first full season with Leicester City.

The academy graduate's eye-catching performances earned him the Players' Player and Young Player of the Season awards in May.

"The 2021/22 season will be one I never forget," he told LCFC TV. "Making my first debut and scoring my first senior goal for Leicester were magical moments. I've had a taste of Premier League football now, and just want to experience more of it and keep growing and improving as a player and as a team.

"I'm looking forward to the opening day and the challenge Brentford will pose. We'll be fully prepared and will expect a tough game, but I'm just really eager for that first whistle now and can't wait to get going again in the Premier League."

He also said, "Looking at our opening few fixtures, they are all going to be tough, with games against Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea in there, but those are they matches you want to play in and I'm so excited to see what this team can do against those teams.

"I'd also like to thank the supporters for the love they've shown me over the past 12 months or so. It's been an incredible year, and I just want to kick-on now and help bring more success to this Club."
