Sami Khedira admits Real Madrid players have failed to live up to the standards of the club this season. Real find themselves 13 points behind Barcelona in the title race.

"Our season is not worthy of a club like Real Madrid. We cannot be happy with the season we are doing," said Khedira.

"We have not found a rhythm from the start, there has never been a period in which we have maintained good momentum. Especially away, this is where we have lost many points.

"This cannot be and therefore we cannot be satisfied."
