Keylor Navas has requested a free transfer from Real Madrid.
The Costa Rica captain accepts he faces a season on the bench should he stay and so has approached Real management about a release from his deal.
AS says for his loyal service, the goalkeeper has asked Real for a free transfer and to also be paid out for the final two years of his contract.
For the moment, Keylor's proposal has been rejected, with Real insisting on €20m to sell.
Meanwhile, agents for the keeper have let it be known across Europe that Keylor is seeking a three-year contract worth €7m-a-season. The veteran has fielded contact from PSG in the past week.
